How to Return a Product

Send us an email at hello@unique-arome.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
Once approved, we will send you instructions for returning the item.
Returns must be made within 14 days of the purchase date.
The product must be in its original condition and unused, with all tags intact.
The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
You will receive a refund once we have received the product at our facility.
If the product is not in its original condition or if the 14-day period has passed, we will unfortunately not be able to process the return.
